RICE GRAIN PROCESSING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To carry out a boiling of rice grains with uniform water content by immersing the grains in water at respective immersion tanks followed by transferring said grains to a rice-boiling unit by a carrying means. CONSTITUTION:Each specified rice grains and water are fed to respective immersion tanks 2 where said grains are immersed in the water for a specified time. After immersion, the grains are discharged from one of the tanks 2 and transferred to a rice-boiling unit 1 by a carrying means 4 where said grains are boiled. On completing the discharge of the grains in this tank, the grains reserved in another tank is then discharged to the carrying means 4 followed by making a similar treatment.
