PURPOSE:To attain rapid self-repair by retrieving the working script of a failure cause to which the 1st work can not directly be applied and precedently executing the 2nd work for turning the current state of a device to a state applicable to the 1st work. CONSTITUTION:An application deciding means reads out the 1st work corre sponding to the working index of a case to be applied stored in a case base storing part 17 from a working script stored in a working script storing part 18 for the same failure cause, decides whether the read 1st work can directly be applied to the failure repair of the device or not, and at the time of deciding that the 1st work can not directly be applied, applies necessary correction to the contents of the case to be applied or the contents of the case and the working script. The necessary correction means to insert prework so that the 2nd work can be executed prior to the 1st work e.g. initially included to obtain a precedent coincidence state. Thus, the rapid self-repair can be executed. |
