PURPOSE:To easily repair a fault by discriminating whether or not there is a fault when state data are measured and inputted, reasoning a repair plan, and selecting and driving an actuator means. CONSTITUTION:A fault diagnostic part 12 compares the state data supplied from the sensors 1a - 1c with reference data to discriminates whether or not there is the fault. If the fault is caused, a repair planning part 15 reasons the repair plan for removing the cause of the fault according to qualitative data and fault diagnostic knowledge stored in a storage means 14 and the result of comparison between the adjustment state of the actuator means supplied from an adjustment state output means and the adjustment range of the actuator set in an adjustment range setting means, and the actuator means to be operated is selected and driven to repair the fault. |
