An assembly for recycling and regeneration of used up emulsion coolants comprising a dispersion container of used up emulsion coolant attached to the reactor in the form of a container with a mixer and numerous discharging and supplying pipes characterised in that the storage tank - decanter (M) of used up emulsion coolant connected, at the inlet, to the cumulative collector of used up emulsion coolant (KL) with the use of a filter (FM), in particular a magnetic and cloth filter, is directly connected, in particular gravitationally, to the reactor (Z), preferably with the use of cylindrical and vertically axial mixer equipped with a heating system (OG) for acidifying the used up coolant, with a supply pipe, at the inlet, supplying phosphoric acid solution prepared and stored in the container (K), a pipe supplying the water solution of calcium hydroxide from the storage container (MA), a pipe supplying calcium carbonate from the storage container (MW), whereas the reactor (Z) has, in its central part, an outlet pipe (FO) of separated oil phase connected, with the use of a supplying pipe to the settling tank (SP) of oil phase secondary settling, with a bottom outlet connected, with the use of a check pipe for post-settling waters, to the storage container (M) of used up emulsion coolant, and the bottom outlet of the reactor (Z) is connected to the filter (F) with the bottom drain of post-filtration wastewater connected to the storage container (K) or sewerage system, as well as phosphatic fertiliser sludge discharge (O).<IMAGE>
