A device for drilling of holes in flow-through pipes, consisting of a body connected coaxially in sequence through the first pipe connector and collar ball valve with the second pipe connector, and having mounted in them a slidable driving spindle of the cutting tool, characterised by the fact that the free end of the driving spindle (5) is placed in a cylinder (7) of the motor operator, connected to the body (1), and where cylinder (7) and the first pipe connector (2) are connected in parallel through the first (8) and second (9) flow-through pipes with a pressurised cylinder (10) containing an inert gas and where the device has a turning mechanism (11) of the driving spindle (5) joined with a compressed air engine (12) and a toothed bar transport mechanism (13) for the driving spindle (5).<IMAGE>
