PURPOSE:To enable a work indication of good efficiency, by integratively controlling the work indication added with the characteristics and priority of equipment, a timely shipping indication and the actual result of a production line. CONSTITUTION:This system is composed of a production control system 1 and a schedule control system 2 existing as the subordinate system of the production control system 1. The schedule control system 2 performs the data processing of a production activity work indication information output from the production control system 1. Namely the scheduling of each manufacturing order is prepared from a production plan and production activity information, and the production actual result information of the production activity personnel performing a production activity based on the production activity work indication information is collected. Also a work means which works a product based on the production activity work indication information is controlled, and the production actual result and operation state of the work means are collected. The production actual result information and operation state are then made to be reflected on the production activity work indication information. An efficient work indication can thus be performed. |
