A system for determination of stepping engine static moment characteristics by means of a torque meter, characterized by the fact that an examined engine (SS) is mounted in a rotational holder (UO) which is mechanically coupled with an angular position pulse converter (IPK), and the rotational holder (UO) is coupled with an electromechanical driving unit (ZNU) via a torque meter (ME), whereas the rotor's shaft (WS) of the examined engine is coupled with an electromechanical locator (UE), which has its input together with an input of the driving unit (ZNU) directly connected to two outputs of the control system (US), whereas the third output of the control system (US) is connected via a commutator (KSS) with the engine's input (SS), where to one input of the control system (US) an output of the angular position pulse converter (IPK) is connected and to the other input of the controlling system (US) the voltage output of the torque meter (ME) is connected via an analog-to-digital converter (AC), whereas two inputs-outputs of the control system (US) are connected with inputs-outputs of a mass-memory (MM) and inputs-outputs of a data processing system (UPD), and the remaining output of the control system (US) is connected with an input of the results recorder (RW).<IMAGE>
