Splits training machine with leg rests - has longitudinally movable slide carriage and leg rests with rollers

The splits training machine has a seat mounted on a longitudinally movable slide carriage (2) on a base frame whilst guide rails fitted perpendicularly relative to the frame support easily movable leg rests (3). The slide carriage is connected by the leg rests (3) and their foot ends to the guide rails (4) and the leg rests each have a turning axis. The slide carriage (2) can be moved in the direction of the guide rails (4) by pulling on the end of a cable (5) whereby the angle of the leg rests (3) increases. A brake (6) is used to fix the slide carriage and angle between the leg rests. USE - For the controlled training of the legs to perform splits.
