摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent satisfactorily the self-oscillations by impressing the trapezoidal wave driving voltage having the rise time equal to a period T or its integer-fold value of the 1st self-oscillation component of an electric-mechanical transducing element which is approximated by a secondary system of >=1 attenuation coefficient to said electric-mechanical transducing element. CONSTITUTION:A step-shaped waveform 23 shows an impressed voltage waveform of a bimorph 1 and also a displacement caused when the bimorph 1 answers faithfully the applied voltage. Therefore the waveform 23 shows the bimorph displacement amount corresponding to the impressed voltage. However the actual bimorph displacement produces selr-oscillations at a sudden displacement part like a waveform 24, and the period T of the bimorph displacement equals to the positive resonance frequency of the bimorph 1. The time from the rise part of the impressed voltage through the first peak value of the self-oscillation is set at T/2 for a transient answer of a secondary system of >=1 attenuation coefficient. Then the driving voltage having a rise time equal to the period T of the bimorph 1 is impressed like a trapezoidal wave pulse 34. Thus the bimorph 1 produces no self-oscillation.
