PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for considering noise and to enable a processing at low cost by fading in/out the two kinds of pictures by using a digital video data and executing dissolve by a digital processing. CONSTITUTION:A previously gradually increasing data or gradually increasing data is succesisvely stored in the plural areas of first and second memories 1 and 2. Therefore, according to respectively reverse high-order addresses and two digital video data A and B, fade-out data and fade-in data are respectively read out from the first and second memories 1 and 2. Since these fade-out data and fade-in data are added by an adder 4, the data for dissolving the two digital video data A and B can be obtained. Thus, the satisfactorily dissolved picture can be obtained without being affected by noise and further, circuit configuration can be simplified. |
