<p>PURPOSE:To suppress aging of a winding, and stably maintain inductance characteristics for a long time, by covering a winding of a coil, a transformer, etc., and the hollow part and the periphery of said winding with resin material mixed with magnetic powder, and fixing the winding. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 12 are led out from a winding 11, which is arranged in a mold. Resin material 13 mixed with fine powder of pure iron, iron oxide, etc., subjected to insulation treatment is casted into the mold. In this manner, the winding 11 is protected from the outside by the molding using the resin material 13. Thereby various frequency characteristics and magnetic characteristics can be dealt with, a device adapted to various application including the profile thereof can be realized, and the manufacturing of a device can be easily automated.</p> |
