<p>This pump comprises a metering chamber (1) in which is located a piston (2), the crown (3) of which can move between two positions, one a closed position in which it is tangential to the wall (5) of the chamber (1) including inlet (6) and outlet (7) orifices, each one closed off by a valve (8, 9), and the other an open position, in which the rod (4a) is entrained in a rectilinear reciprocating movement by a motor (13): the valves (8 and 9) are driven by the motor (13).
