PURPOSE:To detect a leak hole of a sealed vessel with a small diameter of an entrance by connecting a transmission/reception unit comprising respective means for comparing and displaying supersonic oscillation threshold values and an ultrasonic vibrator with a transmission cable. CONSTITUTION:An output unit 2 having an ultrasonic vibrator 17 is structured separately from a transmission/reception unit 1, wherein only the output unit 2 is sealed in a vessel 20 connected by a sealed cable 4 so that a leak hole can be detected even if a diameter of an entrance 26 is very small. |
