PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of electric fire hazard by installing an overcurrent monitor separately, which has the function of comparing the magnitudes of the current value in use with a set value, the alarm transmitting function, and the function of automatically recovering from alarm condition, near the doorway of each living room of an apartment-house. CONSTITUTION:If load increases and exceeds a set value of an overcurrent monitor 5, an alarm lamp 7 lights and also it is output to a central monitor circuit 6 through a closed contact. The person in charge of management of an apartment-house can know that the distribution board in the corresponding living room is in overcurrent condition by checking the lighting of an alarm lamp 7 in a patrol or checking the alarm outputted from the central monitor circuit 6 in a monitor room. Next, the person in charge of management can distinguish whether there is any danger of electric fire by checking the presence of the resident of the corresponding living room. What is more, when it gets out of the overcurrent condition by the switch-off of an electric apparatus, whether the resident is present or not present, the alarm lamp 7 goes out automatically, and also the contact of the central monitor circuit 6 opens, and it automatically recovers to the normal condition. |
