PURPOSE:To obtain the dyeing liquid with which an excellent dyeing property is obtd. and which is excellent in stability with lapse of time and is preferable for safety and sanitation or pollution control by adding propylene glycol-alpha-monophenyl ether to the dyeing liquid. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum sheet subjected to a chemical conversion treatment is spin coated with a photosensitive compsn. and is subjected to a heating treatment, by which a photosensitive layer is provided thereon. In succession, this layer is spin coated with a silicone rubber compsn. and is cured by heating, by which a silicone rubber layer is provided. A negative film is brought into tight contact under a vacuum with the resulted printing original plate and is exposed through a glass plate which shields the UV rays on a short end wavelength side by using a metal halide lamp. Only the silicone rubber layer is removed when the plate is immersed in a developer and is lightly rubbed with a developing pad. The printing plate which faithfully reproduces the images of the negative film is obtd. This printing plate is dyed of the negative film is obtd. This printing plate is dyed by using the dyeing liquid composed of the propylene glycol-alpha-monophenyl ether, Crystal Violet and water. The printing plate which has the excellent dyeing property and forms good visible images is obtd. even if the amt. of the org. solvent to be added is small. |
