<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated plate for electrical circuit having no dispersion and excellent heat resistant characteristic by sandwiching a long length unwoven cloth impregnated with a resin including inorganic filler between long length glass clothes having aeration degree of 5 or less with impregnation of resin, moreover arranging a long length metal foil, heating these material under the no pressure condition and thereafter cutting the materials in the predetermined length. CONSTITUTION:Individual resin such as epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, modified material or mixture of these resins are used as a resin. As an inorganic filler, calcium carbonate and aluminium hydroxide, etc. are used and this filler is added in the 1 to 200 parts for the resin of 100 pts.wt. Every kind of unwoven cloths consisting of glass fiber and organic fiber and glass paper are used as the unwoven cloth, while the glass cloth used must have the aeration degree of 5 or less in order to prevent lowering of heat resistant characteristic. As a metal foil, individual material of copper, aluminium or alloy of these materials is used as the metal foil. Heating temperature must be selected depending on a resin used and pressure is only the self weight of the laminated material.</p> |
