PURPOSE:To realize transfer in the uniform thickness by forming a paste depositing surface area of a transfer jig smaller than the transferred area on a printed wiring board and alternately repeating deposition and transfer of paste. CONSTITUTION:The area of a paste depositing surface 11a of a transfer jig 11 is set smaller than the transferred area 42a of a printed wiring board 42 and deposition of paste 41 to the paste depositing surface 11a of the transfer jig 11 and transfer of paste 41 by pressing it to the transferred area 42a are alternately repeated for transferring the paste 41 to total area of the transferred area 42a. Therefore, if the printed wiring board 42 has a warpage, since the area to which the paste 42 is transferred by the single transfer job is small, the paste 42 is uniformly transferred to the transferred area 42a.
