PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food having excellent feeling to the tongue, thick palatability and high preservability and producible at a low cost by immersing artificial ikra (salted salmon roe) in a seasoning liquid produced by mixing thin soy sauce, dry Japanese rice wine and MIRIN (sweet Japanese rice wine as seasoning) and added with extract of citron peel and tangle. CONSTITUTION:The objective preservable food is prepared by bottling artificial ikra in a state immersed in a seasoning liquid produced by mixing 1 pt. of thin soy sauce, nearly 1 pt. of dry Japanese rice wine and 1/3 pts. of MIRIN, adding a small amount of table salt and dried powder of citron peel and putting narrow tangle strips for TSUKUDANI (food boiled down in soy) to dissolve the tangle extract into the mixture. |
