PURPOSE:To obtain a lipid metabolism regulation agent useful as an agent of regulating free acid in blood, an agent of regulating fat metabolism of fat body, an agent of regulating fat metabolism of liver and food, containing proline and/or threonine. CONSTITUTION:An agent of regulating lipid metabolism containing proline and/or threonine. In production, proline and threonine sold on the market are mixed in a powder state, or dissolved in distilled water and water is distilled away to give the agent. The production is preferably carried out at <= room temperature. The agent of regulating lipid metabolism can be medicated by oral administration, rectum administration and administration through injection and transfusion solution and is applicable for drugs such as an agent of regulating free acid in blood, an agent of regulating fat metabolism of fat body or an agent of regulating fat metabolism of liver and foods such as refreshing drink and nutritive tonic drink. Since solid powder and tablet require time for absorption, preferably the agent is mixed with an additive, made into an aqueous solution and administered, etc. |
