PURPOSE:To make the display content such as the character or figure on the surface of a metal difficult to release by thermally welding a fluoroplastic resin film having a printing layer formed from an ink resin composition to the surface of a metal and adding a crosslinking agent to the ink resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A fluoroplastic film 3 having a printing layer 2 formed from an ink resin composition is thermally welded to the surface of a metal plate 1. The metal plate 1 is pref. formed from aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The ink resin composition forming the printing layer 2 contains a crosslinking agent and, as the crosslinking agent, for example, OH crosslinking type polyols, amine crosslinking type org. amines and peroxide crosslinking type peroxides are pref. used. The melt flow index of the ink resin composition is pref. 1-500, more pref., 30-300. By this method, the display content such as the character or figure displayed on the surface of the metal plate 1 becomes hard to release. |
