<p>PURPOSE:To prevent important information such as congestion information, etc., from being rejected by summing the received number of originating calls information after editing it for every control code of the same control area, and transferring the number of originating calls information as a summed result to a regulating control device at every definite period. CONSTITUTION:The number of originating calls information as the result of centralized control is inputted to a number of originating calls information editing means 10 in a telegraphic message collecting and delivering device 2 from exchanges 1a, 1b,... sides, and the number of originating calls information editing means 10 obtains a control area number by a correspondence table between an exchange number and the control area number installed in its inside, and edits and sums the number of originating calls for every control code of the same control area number. Then, the edited number of originating calls information is transferred to the regulating controlling device 3 by a number of originating calls information transferring means 11 at every definite period, for instance, every one minute. By transferring the summed result of the number of originating calls information of the same control code having arrived from plural exchanges to the regulating control device, the number of originating calls information becomes capable of being transferred to the regulating control device by a small amount of telegraphic messages.</p> |
