PURPOSE:To feed TAB terminals whose directivity has been arranged in advance to a terminal bonding process or the like in their arranged state by a method wherein the TAB terminals inside a terminal box are attracted automatically into a TAB- terminal conveyance route by the magnetic attraction action of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A terminal box 2 is controlled so as to be moved to the horizontal direction by using a motor 23 and to the up-and-down direction by using a motor 16. Its housing compartment 2a is controlled so as to enter between one pair of magnets 5a, 5b. Thereby, terminals 1,... inside the housing compartment 2a are attracted toward a TAB terminal conveyance route 6 by the magnetic action of a magnetic conveyance means 5. After a prescribed time has elapsed, TAB terminals 1,... inside an adjacent housing compartment 2b are attratced in the same manner. This operation is continued until a housing compartment 2n. After the TAB terminals 1 have been raised on the TAB terminal conveyance route 6, they are held inside terminal holding grooves 7a of a conveyance disk 7 from its exit side. At this time, the TAB terminals 1 which have been attracted excessively are shaken down by using a rotary brush 8. In this manner, the TAB terminals 1 are conveyed up to the conveyance disk 7 while their directivity is not destroyed from the terminal box 2, and are conveyed to a terminal bonding process from said conveyance disk 7. |
