<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a danger of bending a lead when an IC is attached or detached and to enhance the treatment capacity of a test operation and a delivery operation by a method wherein an opening and shutting spring which is curved to be concave toward the inside of a slider is fixed. CONSTITUTION:This IC carrier is provided with the following: a carrier main body 11 to which an IC is mounted, and one pair of sliders 12S which are provided with claws 12A used to clamp the IC. The pair of sliders 12S are held so as to face the carrier main body 11 via springs 12B. Two guide grooves 12S formed in the carrier main body 11 are slid and the claws 12A are opened and shut. Opening and shutting springs 12D which are curved to be concave toward the inside are fixed to the sliders. At the IC carrier, the IC can be attached and detached easily by pinching the tip of the opening and shutting springs 12 of the carrier with fingertips.</p> |
