PURPOSE:To obtain a damping material having a lightweight and an excellent damping quality by laminating plural number of sheet-like materials, which consist of leaden fibered nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin and have the thickness of not more than 2.0 mm, so as to be deposited, and forming those as a plate like body having the thickness of 3.0mm or more. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of sheet-like materials, which consist of leaden fibered nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin and have the thickness of not more than 2.0mm, are laminated and deposited so as to be formed as a plate like body having the thickness of 3.0mm or more. The leaden fiber is generally required to be within range of about 70mu-30mu in diameter and 1-50cm in length. The resin having an unimpeded damping quality is sufficient for use so that polyvinylchloride resin is usually desirable. Melted lead is pushed out from a mouthpiece so as to be formed as leaden fiber, and the leaden fiber is formed as a nonwoven fabric sheet, and this sheet is sandwiched between resin sheets so as to obtain a sheet like material by means of thermal application, and plural sheet like materials are laminated so as to form a damping material by means of thermal application. An obtained damping material can have an excellent damping quality and a lightweight. |
