PURPOSE:To plot the motion part of the heart and the blood vessel wall, etc., in a body to be examined without using a contrast-medium by displaying simultaneously a tomography image and a difference image on the same screen of an image display means by image data from a selecting means for selecting and outputting one of tomography image data or difference image data, in accordance with a display period of an image display means. CONSTITUTION:By a selecting means 7 provided on an output side of a difference image data generating means 4, tomography image data Da outputted from a tomography scanning means 5 and difference image data Db outputted from a difference image data generating means 4 are inputted, one of the tomography image data Da or the difference image data Db is selected and outputted in accordance with a display period of an image display means 6, and the image display means 6 inputs these image data, by which a tomography image Ia and a difference image Ib can be displayed simultaneously on its same screen. In this case, by the difference image Ib, the motion of the motion part of the heart and the blood vessel wall, etc., in the body to be examined can be plotted without using a contrast-medium. |
