PURPOSE:To obtain multicolored images having the excellent adhesive property of the images and flatness by forming a resin layer having adhesiveness by transfer on a transparent base having black patterns and forming patterns having 1st to 3rd colors on the resin layer having the adhesiveness. CONSTITUTION:The black photosensitive resin layer is formed by the transfer on the transparent base and is exposed through a photomask and developed to form the black patterns. The resin layer having the adhesiveness is formed thereon. The photosensitive resin layer having the 1st color among red, green and blue colors is then formed by the transfer on this resin layer to form the patterns having the 1st color. Further, the photosensitive resin layers having the 2nd and 3rd colors are successively formed by the transfer on this resin layer to form the patterns having the 2nd and 3rd colors. The resin layers formed with the patterns are pressurized from above, by which the patterns are embedded. Namely, the resin layers having the adhesiveness to the colored photosensitive resin layers exist at the time of transferring these resin layers onto stripes, etc., and, therefore, the deterioration in the flatness is obviated and the excellent color filters are obtd. even if the images having overlap parts are provided. |
