The process uses as starting raw materials the insole 1 of the shoe, the pieces 2 that form the upper, and the sole 3, and consists in first folding the upper 2 in the zones 4 that are to come into contact with the insole and the sole, in applying glue 5 to said surfaces 4 of the upper, and also to the lower face of the insole 1 and the upper face of the sole 3, in next centring or positioning the insole 1 on the sole 3/upper 2 assembly and finally in subjecting the whole assembly to a pressing stage that definitively fixes the sole 3 to the insole 1, with the interposition of the corresponding ends of the pieces 2 that form the upper. <IMAGE>
