PURPOSE:To eliminate misalignment of an optical axis, to remove background noises in light, and to increase the resistance against the absorption of radiation due to atmospheric gas, by performing calculation by using the received output lights from black-body radiation sources and their temperatures without using the mirror reflection. CONSTITUTION:The opening parts of the two black body radiation sources 12 and 14 face the body 10. One source comprises a high temperature and the other comprises low temperature. A radiometer 16 receives the radiations 24 and 26 from said black body radiation sources 12 and 24. By using said received outputs G1 and G2, the temperatures of the radiation sources T3 and T2, the diffuse reflection coefficient P of the surface of the body to be measured, and the configuration coefficient F of the measured and the black body radiation sources, the tempeature T1 of the body 10 is obtained. If epsilon1=1-(G2-G1)/[(1-P)FT2], where epsilon1 is the radiation coefficient of the body, T1=G1/epsilon1-[(1-epsilon1)(1-F)PT4/epsilon1], where T4 is the temperature in a furnace. |
