PURPOSE:To eliminate undesired resonance of a choke circuit without giving effect on an in-band frequency by inserting a stabilizing resistor making stabilization at an out-band frequency in series between an open stub and a bias terminal of a choke circuit applying a bias to a microwave element. CONSTITUTION:In order to apply a bias to a microwave amplifier element 3, choke circuits 6,7 are provided, in which an open condition is formed at an in-band frequency at connection part with microstrip lines 3,4. Since the choke circuits 6,7 for a band rejection filter with a pattern of a microwave integrated circuit on a dielectric board 14 normally, even when a stabilizing resistor 15 is inserted to the choke circuit 6, the impedance at the connection part with the microstrip line 3 at a band is kept to be the open condition. Thus, no effect is given onto the band. |
