PURPOSE:To use a device fitting in the processing mode of a user and to easily manage a new passbook by performing new issuance control and simultaneous booking control by deciding a locked cassette box as a cassette box for new issuance of passbook and an unlocked cassette box as the one for simultaneous booking. CONSTITUTION:A detecting part 19 detects whether or not the cassette box 11 set on a cassette setting part 10 is locked. A control part 20 performs the new issuance control and the simultaneous booking control by deciding that the locked cassette box is the cassette box for new issuance of passbook and the unlocked cassette box 11 as the one for simultaneous booking. Thereby, it is possible to use the device fitting in the processing mode of the user, and to easily manage the new passbook. |
