Mfr. comprises deep drawing of a punched out laminate, which comprises layers, by thermally bonding the two layers temporarily. The punched out shape is deep drawn, with additional heat before or after deep drawing, to bond the layers together. The waste left after punching can be sepd. into layers for recycling. The laminate can comprise carrier-, barrier- and welding- films, with a total thickness of 350 - 1500 micron, with individual layers having a peel strength of 10-50 cN/10 cm. The carrier film can be 250 - 1300 micron thick polypropylene, the barrier film 50 - 100 micron thick adhesion promoter/EVOH/adhesion promoter, and the welding film 50 - 100 micron thick polyethylene.
