PURPOSE:To expose the entire screen simultaneously in short time, by additionally providing correction lenses having one side perpendicularly crossing with the external light absorption stripe in upper and lower regions of screen. CONSTITUTION:Square correction lenses 171, 172 are located above sigma correction lense 7 such that they will correspond to the light pass region in correspondence to the panel screen shown by a dashed line 18 while the 2sigma error will correspond to the nonacceptable region, where the correction lenses 171, 172 have wedge-shaped in which the depth will vary in the direction perpendicular with the longitudinal direction of an elongated light source 5 or the direction perpendicularly crossing with the external light absorption stripe. When employing such correction lenses, the beam path is bent to the direction having thicker lens depth to enable the correction of 2sigma error. Consequently when exposure forming a fluorescent material layer, the entire screen can be exposed simultaneously in short time. |
