<p>New skin treatment compositions are described containing beta -phosphatidyl choline derivatives of general formula (I): <CHEM> where R1 and R2, which can be the same or different, are pivalic acid, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid, or C2-C20 saturated, monounsaturated or polyunsaturated linear or branched chain fatty acids, and preferably lauric, myristic, palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic or arachidonic acids, they possessing high emulsion stability and excellent hydrating power, and being of pleasant application.</p> |
