PURPOSE:To reduce any uncomfortable phenomenon of generating noise or vibration or the like accompanied by a rotation of a fan by a method wherein an air suction or discharging of air of a building to an air conditioner and a sucking or discharging of surrounding air toward a heat exchanging type ventilation device are all totally carried out by one fan device disposed in the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A fan 43 disposed between a heat source device 35 and a ventilation device 36 is started to operate. Air in the entire building is totally sucked at its negative pressure from a discharging port 30 opened to a part near the first floor into the air discharging duct 29. The air passes within the air discharging duct 29 and is fed into an air conditioner 33. The air fed into the air conditioner 33 passes through a heat exchanger 37 of the heat source device 35, where its temperature is adjusted to a predetermined temperature by the refrigerant supplied from the outdoor deice 34 so as to perform a cooling or a heating operation. The air adjusted to a predetermined temperature by the heat exchanger 37 is fed into an air discharging pipe (passage) 44 by a fan 43 and then the air passes through the air discharging pipe (passage) 44 and ascends. Within the heat exchanging type ventilation device 39 is taken fresh air from the surrounding air intake port 40a and the air flows within the suction passage 40. |
