<p>PURPOSE:To promote the operability by providing a means for storing information about a moving speed of a tape under the initial state of a rotor and a means for controlling on restoration to the same state as information stored when the rotor is brought back to the initial state. CONSTITUTION:A switch signal 2 which is obtained from a shuttle ring and a switch 1 is inputted to a shuttle rotary position discriminating means 3, and a discriminated signal 4 is inputted to a tape speed control means 5, and then a capstan motor driver 7 is controlled by a control means 6 to carry out a tape speed control. Then, the initial state of the shuttle ring is stored in a storage device 8 by the tape speed control means 5, and an operation is performed in accordance with the contents of this memory in the case of a center position. Thus, when an operation of the shuttle ring is commenced from the reproducing state, a desired scene can be seen immediately because of reproducing in the center position. By this method, the operability is thus promoted.</p> |
