摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce a line stop in a process by dividing a production number within the production period by the number of days of the period, calculating a specified period classified production expected value, and totaling each value at each day, making it into an integer, thereby finding the production number per day, and determining a production sequence through leveling on the basis of these data. CONSTITUTION:Production information to be given in the form of a production specified period at each product type and a product production number within the production specified period, is inputted, and the product production number is divided by the number of days of the specified period as to each product type, calculating a specified period production expected value consisting of the production number per day at each product type. Next, all product types of each production expected value are summed up at each day, calculating the total production number per day, and an integer-making process is applied to the day total production number, and a vacant seat for a production portion after the integer promotion is installed for each day, through which what kind of the product type is placed in each vacant seat is determined by means of a leveling process, thus the production sequence between product types is determined. With this constitution, a line stop in the process is thus reducible.</p>
