<p>PURPOSE:To secure safety in abnormality with a simple structure by fixing a grounding conductor to an outer peripheral metal portion of a magnetron, which grounding conductor is connected to a part of a primary side circuit of a transformer of a power source circuit to the magnetron. CONSTITUTION:A magnetron 5 is fixed to a waveguide 8 connected to an exhaust gas purification chamber by means of a vis 7 or the like. A terminal 10 on the end of a grounding conductor 9 is fixed to a magnetic yoke 8 which composes a part of an outer peripheral metal portion of the magnetron 5 by means of a vis 11. Since the magnetron 5 is connected to a direct circuit of a resistance through the grounding conductor, a thyristor is ignited by decreasing voltage of the resistance in a danger. A large amount of electric current is supplied to a fuse for melting it, and electric supply to a resonance circuit is stopped. Safe operation is secured even in abnormality.</p> |
