PURPOSE:To express an inductance value even under a high magnetic field by a method wherein pinholes in number in prescribed range are formed on a magnetic core on which a magnetically soft alloy thin band, and to suppress saturation magnetically. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic saturation is suppressed by controlling the magnetic anisotropy of a magnetically soft alloy thin band using pin-holes which are penetrating the thin band from the front side to the back side. The pinholes can be formed uniformly by setting the conditions when an amorphous alloy thin band and an Fe-group ultramicroscopic crystal alloy thin band are formed by quenching molten alloy, for example, and 100 to 5000 pinholes are formed on the area of 1cm<2> of the alloy thin band. If the number of pinholes per 1cm<2> is 100 or smaller, magnetic saturation takes place easily in a low magnetic field, and if it exceeds 5000, it is difficult to form the thin band continuously. This is because the total magnetic flux is reduced remarkably. For example, the above-mentioned material can be utilized effectively as a noise-reducing element. |
