<p>PURPOSE:To speed up the separation of water from garbage by forming a bag of a material which is a water permeable basic film treated with a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A tube-shaped film basic materials 1 made of a polypropylene non woven fabric or the like is applied with anionic or cationic surfactant diluted with an alcoholic solvent, and dried for its process. A part corresponding to a bottom part is mutually fusedly attached as shown in a figure to form a fusedly attaching part 2 and further a cutting line 3. This formation can improve water draining function.</p> |
