<p>PURPOSE:To enable the defective cutting of a rubber sheet to be detected exactly, while the detecting is not affected by a cutter riding on a cord and the condition of the surface of a receiving holder by a method in which the displacement amount of the cutter in the width-direction of the rubber sheet is always detected, and when the displacement amount of the cutter reaches at least prescribed value which has been preliminarily set, the defect in cutting is detected by sending a signal. CONSTITUTION:A first detecting sensor 35 detects always the displacement-amount of a cutter 31 in which direction of a rubber sheet 1. A second detecting sensor 36 detects always the displacement amount of the cutter 31 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cutter 31 on the surface in parallel to the rubber sheet 1. In a detecting circuit 37, the displacement amount per unit hour of the cutter 31 on the basis of the detecting signal from the first detecting sensor 35 is obtained, and when the displacement amount reaches at least prescribed value, output signal is sent to a judgement circuit 38. When two output signals of high output signal and low output signal are sent from a comparison circuit 37, the judgement circuit 38 obtains the displacement amount in perpendicular direction of the cutter 31 on the basis of the output signal from the second detecting sensor 36, and when the displacement amount reaches at least prescribed value, the signal of the defective cutting is sent.</p> |
