<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the call processing capability for each I/F of a broad band exchange node by attaining the connection for broad band input output ports in which the broad band exchange node is connected to a narrow band exchange node and other broad band input output ports by means of permanent virtual connection. CONSTITUTION:A narrow band exchange node 13 connecting to plural narrow band ISDN terminal equipments 12 is accommodated to a broad band exchange node 11 via a line 14 and the broad band exchange node 11 is connected to other private branch of exchange system 16 via a broad band ISDN private line 15, and the broad band input output port connected to the narrow band exchange node 13 and the other broad band input output port are connected by a permanent virtual connection. When the connection of the broad band input output port is implemented by the permanent virtual connection, since the narrow band exchange node and other nodes are always connected, the call processing capability for each of I/Fs 18, 19 of the broad band exchange node is reduced.</p> |
