A heavy article is connected to the second hand shaft of a clock to give a decorative effect to the clock (or watch) by rotating the variously shaped heavy articles. A clock (8) includes a time hand shaft (4) and a minute hand shaft (5) as usual. A plurality of bearings (9) are installed within a case (3), and the lower end of a revolution shaft (10) is connected to a second hand shaft (1a), while the upper end of the shaft (10) is fitted into the bearing (9). A contact end (11a) is formed at the center of the lower end of a supporting frame (11), and is made to contact with the bearing (9), so that an adequate air gap is maintained between the supporting frame (11) and the case (3).
