Process for the manufacture of mineral agglomerates with unsaturated polyester resin, comprising a series of continuous stages in which the first comprises mixing and kneading mineral inerts which are treated with unsaturated polyester resin, specially treated so that the gelling time is constant, accelerator catalysts and organic or inorganic pigments in order to perform vacuum mixing, and in a third stage effecting precuring at a temperature of between 25 and 35 degree C for 48 hours and subsequently curing for 7 days at ambient temperature.
