摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the seizing resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and friction properties in a sliding material by adding graphite, MoS2, WS2, hard materials, Si, Mn and Zn to a Cu-Sn alloy. CONSTITUTION:A sliding material is constituted of a Cu series sintered alloy contg., by weight, 1 to 10% of at least one kind among graphite, MoS2 and WS2, 0.1 to 10% of at least one kind among Si, Mn and Zn, 1 to 30% of at least one kind of hard materials selected from at least one group of the follow ing (a) and (b) groups and the balance substantial 0.1 to 15% Sn. (a) denotes Fe2P, Fe3P, FeB, Fe3B, Co, Co series self-fluxing alloys and Ni series self-flux allays and (b) denotes Fe-Cr, Fe-Mn, Fe-Ni, Fe-Si, Fe-W, Fe-Mo, Fe-V, Fe-Ti, Fe-Nb and CuP.
