PURPOSE:To obtain the subject boiled fish paste, having soft MATSUDAKE mushroom flavor and useful also as dishes, etc., for celebrations by inserting a specific raw material for the boiled fish paste into a molding box in the shape of a MATSUDAKE mushroom, placing a seasoned sliced MATSUDAKE mushroom thereon, further placing the raw material for the boiled fish paste thereon, pressurizing the raw material and sliced MATSUDAKE mushroom with a lid, steaming the pressurized raw material, etc. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for boiled fish paste in which the taste and aroma of MATSUDAKE mushroom are permeated is placed in a cavity in the shape of the MATSUDAKE mushroom in a molding box so that the cavity may be about half full therewith. A longitudinal thin slice of a seasoned MATSUDAKE mushroom is then placed in the central part. The aforementioned raw material is subsequently placed thereon, pressurized with a lid thereon, molded into a prescribed shape and then heated (e.g. steamed or roasted) to afford the objective boiled fish paste. |
