NEW MATERIAL:A primer composed of two kinds of DNA strands selected from DNA strands 1-16 of the formulae and complemental DNA strands thereof in which the 5' terminal of the DNA strand is located at a position outside of the 3' terminal thereof in case of combination of the DNA strand on the cholera toxin gene and suitable for amplification of cholera toxin gene.
