PURPOSE:To elevate punching processability, moisture absorption resistance, and heat resistance, and improve dimension accuracy and surface smoothness by laminating and uniting glass fabric impregnated with vinyl ester resin and nonwoven fabric in specified arrangement relation. CONSTITUTION:This has such structure that nonwoven fabrics 2 impregnated with vinyl ester resin are arranged at the top and bottom of the glass cloth 1 impregnated with vinyl ester resin as a core material and further metallic foils 3 are arranged at the top and bottom, and are laminated and integrated. A new laminate can be obtained, which is capable of punching processing, excellent in processability, favorable both in moisture absorption resistance and heat resistance, firm, and capable of bending processing. |
