VESSEL MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To make the title vessel superior in heat resistance and hard to generate peeling and cracks at the time of application of external force to the vessel, by a method wherein a resin material provided with properties required for a mouth part is made into an inner layer or an outer layer or an intermediate layer and this different kind of the resin material is made compatible with a resin material for molding a barrel part. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant cylindrical pipe 16 is provided as an outer layer of the title vessel. An outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical part of the heat-resistant cylindrical piece 16 is threaded 16a for covering a cap and a flange 16b constituting a part of a support ring 18 of the vessel 10 is formed on the lower end of the heat-resistant cylindrical piece 16. A resin material of the heat-resistant cylindrical piece 16 is formed of a resin material having compatibility with a resin material of the vessel main body. A mixed material obtained by mixing a fixed quantity of a resin material having heat resistance with the resin material of the main body of the vessel 10 is mentioned as an example securing the compatibility.
