PURPOSE:To output only the number of sheets requested by a user by retrieving a document control table which stores the number of sheets by every user and document. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with the document control table 1, an off-line job part AP 2, and an output file 3 for document output. The number of sheets outputted by every user and kind of document is set on the document control table 1. Furthermore, the off-line job part AP 2 retrieves the number of sheets outputted from a user number and a document number set on the document control table 1, and writes only the required number of sheets on the output file 3 for document output. Thereby, it is possible to output only the number of sheets of the document required by the user. |
