PURPOSE:To do wire bonding while US-oscillating a transducer excellently in energy efficiency by constituting a US oscillating circuit out of an adder, which adds an amplitude signal by frequency signal, an output part, which gives high energy to a transducer, a phase comparator, which detects the phase difference between the voltage and the current of the output part, and a voltage control oscillator, to which the output of the phase comparator is input. CONSTITUTION:When a transformer 25 starts driving, the voltage V of the output part 26 and the current I are input into a phase comparator 33 through comparators 31 and 32 to detect the phase difference. The output voltage of this phase comparator 33 is input into an adder 20 through a filter 34, and the difference with the output voltage of a frequency adjuster 18 is input into a voltage control oscillator 21, and the frequency is adjusted so that the phase difference may be zero, and it is inputted into a multiplier 17. A transducer 1 is US-oscillated excellently in energy efficiency while keeping, at maximum, the US oscillating energy being the product of the voltage V and the current I, and a wire 7 can be bonded favorably to a chip 6 or a lead frame 5. |
